Dr. Andrew Schmidt from Lifeguards Without Borders presented preliminary results from the International Lifeguard Data Collection Survey at the World Conference on Drowning Prevention in Durban, South Africa - thanks Andrew!

Lifeguards Without Borders is an international non-profit organization made up of volunteer lifeguards and health care professionals who aim to reduce drowning worldwide through domestic and international training, program development, and research. Dr. Andrew Schmidt and Dr. Justin Sempsrott, both emergency medical doctors and former forever lifeguards, are major drowning resuscitation educators who have taught lifeguards all over the world.
